📢 Marketing Intern (College Credit) – Perfect Hire
Perfect Hire is changing the game in recruiting by combining the best of ATS and CRM technology into a human-first platform designed to help recruiters close better hires, faster. We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Intern to help us build brand awareness, grow our online presence, and generate leads across LinkedIn and Instagram.
🔍 What You’ll Do (Max 20 hrs/week):
- Own and manage our LinkedIn and Instagram pages
- Create and schedule 3 thoughtful, engaging posts per week
- Craft content that sparks conversation and highlights Perfect Hire’s mission and features
- Research trends in recruiting, AI, and tech to guide content direction
- Collaborate with the founder (that’s Matt!) to amplify stories and product updates
- Monitor and engage with followers to grow community and reach
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Current college student eligible for academic credit
- Strong writing skills and a creative eye for design
- Passionate about startups, recruiting, and storytelling
- Familiar with content creation tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, etc.
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and fresh ideas
